The 2026 CIOarts Annual Conference will be held at The Smith Center in Las Vegas, NV.The Conference will be held Wednesday, April 22nd through Friday, April 24th, 2026. A Tessitura pre-day will be held on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026.

The 2026 CIOArts conference will be hosted at The Smith Center which is a world-class performing arts venue that hosts a diverse range of shows, including Broadway productions, concerts, and cultural events, in an elegant Art Deco setting.Located in Symphony Park, a modern and developing cultural district in downtown Las Vegas known for its urban charm and vibrant arts scene.All conference sessions will be held in the Troesh Studio Theater. Conference Breakfast and Lunch will be served as part of conference registration.

When you've completed your registration, be sure to come back here to reserve your hotel. If you're unable to attend in person, we will offer a FREE virtual option. The link will be posted in Teams the week of the conference and does not require registration here to attend virtually.If you would like to bring a non-member guest to the evening receptions, you may use the links below to purchase those additions. These are in addition to conference registration and do not include conference attendance.

The conference hotel block is mostly full and full-week stays may not be available.The Element Las Vegas Symphony Park 330 S Grand Central Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89106 is the conference's official hotel. CIOarts has negotiated a discounted group rate of $139/night plus tax which can be booked online. The group rate is valid until March 23, 2026, for stays Monday, April 20, 2026 through Sunday, April 26, 2026.Hotel Booking LinkThe conference hotel is a across the street from the conference venue and includes onsite parking ($35/day), heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, exercise room, and numerous on-property food and beverage options.The hotel is 6.5 miles from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). A hotel shuttle is not available.
